Just had a deep massage yesterday at Constantine Massage Therapy.
I had a really bad back ache. Ricardo was excellent, he talked me through what he was going to do and made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
Throughout my massage, he explained what he was doing and after the massage, I felt a 100% better. I still have some pain, but he also releived tension in my neck and shoulders.
